Our Employee Affinity Groups help design and foster a culture of diversity that reflects the values and aspirations of WME Group and creates a more inclusive environment. These groups are open to all employees who align with their missions, including allies. Click here to join the community.

Affinity Groups are employee-led groups that unite us through shared identities, experiences, and interests. They create space to celebrate culture, build connections, and drive positive change within our company and the entertainment industry. Whether you’re interested in meeting new people, sharing your passions, growing professionally or serving your community, there’s a group for you. What to Expect

Events: WME Group Affinity Groups can offer opportunities to meet both virtually and in person and connect over email or Teams channels. You connect over lunch meetups in the office, book or film/TV clubs, or casual gatherings around topics that matter to you.

Affinity Spaces: The Impact, Inclusion & Advocacy (IIA) team will host a recurring Zoom on the fourth Thursday of every month 9:00 AM PT / 11:00 AM CT / 12:00 PM ET / 5:00 PM BST. Any and all members can join. The IIA team will answer any questions, hold space for connection and open breakout rooms by Affinity Group for quick touch bases with committee leads or general members.

Leadership opportunities: Remember, all Affinity Groups are employee-led, so leadership opportunities are voluntary and open to all. On the registration form, you can indicate interest in a leadership role. Each Affinity Group organizes in a way that is best for their members. There is no formal slating or leadership process.

Some Affinity Groups may offer committees (or subgroups) to be get involved in such as Administration and Communications, Programming and Events, Recruitment and Retention or Social Media and Content Capture. Each Affinity Group does it differently, so make sure to check with your Affinity Group lead about more ways to get involved.
